Surveys
Some surveys are looking for specific candidates, which may not be applicable to you. This means surveys may end early without points being credited as the full survey was not completed.
Downloading Apps
When downloading apps, it's important to remember the following to make sure you get credited:
Use the app for at least 1 to 2 minutes, and complete any tutorials. Some apps require you to complete specific tasks like reaching a level — you will see these steps listed in FeaturePoints before download the app.
Never use a VPN or proxy service with FeaturePoints.
Don't change networks during the install, such as changing from 5G to Wi-Fi.
You can only get points for apps you have never used before.
